Zach89's Top Five Celeb Crushes
I must say it was very difficult to come up with a Top 5 List of Celeb Crushes. I honestly thought this out the best I could. It wasn't easy due to the fact that there are just so many beautiful women in the world of showbiz. Here are MY Top 5 Ladies...
5. Esperanza Spalding
I have a thing for the Grammy's 2011 Best New Artist Winner. Though the world is just starting to get to know her, my mom had put me on to Esperanza a while ago. So ha! I've had the exclusive on her! Not only am I a hip hop artist but I am also a jazz musician as well (drums) so I feel like I could really connect with a woman of Esperanza Spalding's stature. Drummers need bass players. She could play bass and sing to me all night long! That shit is tooo sexy.
4. Amanda Bynes
YES! Amanda Bynes formerly of Nickelodeon's "The Amanda Show". She's all grown up now and GOT DAMN does she look good. Plus I hear she likes black guys :D Holla at me, Amanda! ;)
3. Ashanti
The Princess of Hip Hop and R&B. When Ashanti's Foolish music video came out, it was like love at first sight. Her angelic voice and beauty took my heart in middle school and I have never let go lmao! I think she's still with Nelly though. I guess I gotta keep my fingers crossed.
2. Christina Milian
Christina Milly-onnnn. Mmm Mmm Mmmm. I cannot help but love everything about this woman. She's fine as hell, talented as hell, and overall seems like a very sweet girl. She's like my dream that is waiting to come true...
1. Jennifer Lopez
I've had a thing for J Lo since I was in 8th grade and I have had her picture on my door since then. I'm sorry. It won't come off. It's tattooed there. She's still the baddest chick if you ask me. And now that she is recently divorced, my crush on her has come alive once again STRONGER THAN EVER.
Let me know what you think of my list.

Zach89 Says...
I watched Lil Wayne's Public Service Announcement video last night. I must say I really digged what Weezy was saying. When doing what you do, you gotta do it well, and KNOW why you're doing it. Therefore, "It's a wrap for stickers on Zach89's fitted caps!"

Zach89's Top Five List
Top 5 Movies
1. Zebrahead
The main character's name is Zack, he's a Jewish kid, Loves Hip Hop, and there's an emphasis on interracial relationships and society=My kind of movie ANNND Nas was on the soundtrack with his debut single 'Halftime'. Classic.
2. Dead Presidents
This movie has it all: Suspense, Drama, a little bit of action, Romance, and some Hood. Can't hate on that.
3. Anchorman
4. Menace II Society
My favorite hood movie of all time. Even over Boyz N the Hood though some may disagree. Don't get me wrong Boyz N the Hood is a classic but I think Menace II Society should get more shine than it does.

BK Hip Hop Festival
This past Saturday, I was fortunate enough to get an invite to go see the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival. It was a long but very memorable day full of music. I began the day working in the studio on my mixtape RapZhody. Annnnnd I am happy to say the mixtape is complete!
After finishing up the mixtape, I jetted from the studio in LI to BK to catch the final performances at the concert. I was lucky enough to see Q-Tip perform (he was the headlining act). And Tip brought out a slew of surprise guests such as Monie Love, Black Thought, Busta Rhymes annnd Kanye West! That was my 1st time seeing Kanye perform live too which was freakin awesome! In the words of Ice Cube, "Today was a good day".

Beats, Rhymes, & Life (A Tribe Called Quest Documentary)
I got a chance to go see the new documentary Beats, Rhymes, & Life on the legendary hip hop group A Tribe Called Quest. Directed by Michael Rapaport. I saw it at the AMC Cinema on 42nd St in Times Square. I must say despite the controversy surrounding the film and whatever animosity that was built up behind the scenes regarding it, I thought the documentary was freakin awesome! It gave me a much clearer in-depth look at the history behind A Tribe Called Quest. I believe it gave each member a chance to shine. It was entertaining, funny, full of hip hop history, and even at times a tear jerker. Well done. And it gave me more insight about not only my hip hop culture but my boro Queens. A definite MUST SEE!
-Oh and I'm still lookin for the perfect Bonita Applebum ;)

Derek Jeter Homers for 3000th Hit
Congratulations to Derek Jeter for reaching his 3,000th Career Hit Milestone!! He did it with a homerun to make it even more memorable! Jeter goes down in history as the first Yankee to do it.
Definitely MY favorite athlete of all time and one of the greatest Yankees EVER! Biracial Power Baby!
And S/o to Christian Lopez the guy that caught the homerun ball...He didn't want any money for it

'Rapzhody' Recording Session
Spent a couple long days in the studio with the homey RP, putting the finishing touches on my 1st mixtape RapZhody I have been working on this mixtape for a good 5 months or so....And I am proud to say that the mixtape is coming out incredible!
RapZhody consists of 12 tracks of me rapping over classic hip-hop beats (mainly from the 90's) but to add a little twist...I'm playing the drums on the tracks too!! I don't think that's EVER been done before, therefore you can say I'm making History with this first project!
That along with some other little surprises I'm definitely bringing something new to the table and I can't wait till yall get a chance to finally hear it. This is only the beginning. S/o to Reggie for coming in and doing his thing! The boy really came thru for me. Be on the look out for new videos off RapZhody! And a final release date...Stay Tuned.
